We also collect technical information automatically, including IP addresses, device and browser type, and usage data related to the customer panel and API, for the purpose of securing and operating the platform.

Account and billing information is used to provision services, process payments, issue invoices, and provide support.

Technical and usage data is used to maintain platform security, detect abuse, diagnose performance issues, and improve our infrastructure and panel over time.

We do not sell customer personal information. We share data with third-party processors only where necessary to deliver our services, such as payment processors, and require those processors to protect the data under written agreements.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Verax Cloud, our customers, or the public.

Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a period afterward as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes.

Server-level content and data stored on your instances remain under your control and are deleted according to the process described in your service agreement upon account closure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information. Requests can be submitted through the customer panel or by contacting our support team.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring, to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice in the customer panel prior to taking effect.
